Straw yellow to pale gold color. Almond, bakery and marzipan aromas as a result of flor yeasts. There are also aromas of wood, vanilla and dried fruits. On the palate it is very dry, delicate and light, with salty touches. In the aftertaste the memory of almond aromas returns.
Iberian Ham. Long-aged cheeses, pickled, salted food. Appetizers, such as olives, anchovies, almonds.
