Rosés are a good choice for summer due to their refreshing side and they are also light wines.
Finca Vademoya Rosado is made with red grapes and to achieve that pink or orange colour, the must is in contact with the grape skins for a few hours. It is characterized by a beautiful raspberry red color, and a hint of strawberry is perceived on the nose. On the palate it is tasty and well structured. It also has to do with the fact that it is more versatile when combined with foods such as, for example, summer rice dishes, paellas, Russian salads, charcuterie, gazpachos and grilled meats.
