Bodegas de Alberto joins the El Sueño de Vicky Foundation to launch an initiative to raise funds for childhood cancer research through its wine tourism project. In the words of Carmen San Martín, CEO of the Winery: “If there is a gold that shines more than the one made by De Alberto, it is that of the little ones who face cancer day after day.”
Donation of 10% of your entry
From today until December 31, those who visit the winery will not only enjoy the unique experience of immerse themselves in the historic 17th-century underground cellars, but also contribute to childhood cancer research.
10% of your entry will go to the El Sueño de Vicky Foundation. The aim is to help them continue researching and finding treatments that manage to cure and improve the lives of children who face the disease day after day. The “Golden Dreams” initiative responds to the commitment that Bodegas De Alberto has with all those causes that promote the well-being of people. Now the alliance is with the El Sueño de Vicky Foundation in its tireless fight to find the specific treatment that ends up eradicating childhood cancer.
One of the oldest wineries in the DO Rueda
Bodegas De Alberto is one of the oldest wineries in the Rueda Denomination of Origin. The wine tourism proposal of Bodegas De Alberto was raised last March as the third Best Wine Tourism Project Verema 2021. Bodegas De Alberto is the only winery in the DO Rueda that, with its De Alberto Dorado Verdejo 100% DO Rueda, has maintained the production of the historic golden wine since its inception in the 1940s, strictly adhering to the traditional methodology.
