Conscious of the importance of pair wine and music, we have designed a list to accompany the tasting of each wine based on what they suggest.
Musical genres such as rock, jazz, classical music... encourage us to get the best out of those flavors because the wine notes run parallel to those of the music, for which reason it is possible to associate a type of wine to a specific musical genre.
Called oenoesthesia by various experts, has its origins in the oenologist and musicologist Jo Burzinska, who designed a musical composition based on different wine tastings. Since then, numerous investigations have continued to verify a correlation between the sense of taste and hearing.
